What is a subscription-based service and how does it work?

At Antonios Outdoors we offer monthly subscription services with no contracts. That means you can cancel services whenever and renew your subscription as needed. Our promise to our clients is to never make them feel like they are tied down.

IS ANTONIO'S OUTDOORS LICENSED AND INSURED?

At Antonio’s Outdoors, we are fully licensed and insured to give you peace of mind while we work on your property. Our coverage ensures that you are protected in the unlikely event of an accident or damage. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities, as we strive to provide the highest level of professionalism and care.

Is there a cost associated with getting a quote?

Doesn’t matter if it’s mowing, mulch, or a landscape cleanup. Our mowing and landscape quotes are provided free to our customers. Landscape work will require either a site visit or an appointment.  If your job requires design work, fees are $100 to secure design services. However, half of this design fee can be credited toward your project. Tell us what you want and we’ll take care of the rest.

What happens if my service is scheduled on a rainy day?

Our services revolve around the weather and we do our best to provide services around Mother Nature’s schedule. If your service falls on a rainy day or unforeseen circumstance, we’ll show up on the next available day. Sometimes the weather can play havoc with the schedule. Luckily our crew is eager to work, so we’ll be there when weather permits. 

What are auto-renewal services?

It means that after you sign on this season, you’ll be covered without signing up again. Our seasons run each year from March – November. Mowing services are auto-renewing subscriptions between Antonios Outdoors and the client. As always, you still have the option to stop services at any time after subscribing to our subscription-based service. 

How often should I water my new plants?

Depending on the time of year your installation may require additional watering daily or maybe once a week. We work with you throughout the entire process and will provide all the information needed to make sure your new investment is set up for success.

How well is our staff trained?

Professionally trained, All new hires undergo weeks of proper training on safety, equipment usage, and proper procedures when on the job. We set up our routes so you have the same team lead visiting your route week after week. Our employees love what they do and their clients! Our teams want you to feel comfortable and at ease with our services.

How can I pay my invoice balance?

At Antonio’s Outdoors, we make it simple to pay your bill. Invoices are billed monthly or at the completion of service through our CRM Jobber. Jobber allows you to sign in through our client hub and pay your invoice through automatic payments, checks, debit, cash, and Apple/android pay depending on your preferences. We have also given the option to pay through our website through the “MY ACCOUNT” button on the top right.

Do I have to be home at the time of Service?

No, Our team at Antonio’s Outdoors provides service whether you are on vacation or busy running errands. Our team treats your property with care and ensures everything is met with quality standards.
